How do you package items for posting?
All Prints (A5 & A3) will come with a cardboard backing and compostable cello bag. These biodegradable cello bags are manufactured with a PLA film, which makes them compostable and biodegradable in the right environment. PLA is a polymer which is formed from plant starches and sugars and allows for an eco friendly version to the traditional plastic cellophane bag. It helps protect your items from dust, dirt and scratches. All items are packed to help prevent them from damage when posting.
What are your turn around times?
I aim to get things packaged and sent out as quickly as I can. This should be within 3 working days. Please keep in mind this is a small business and it’s currently just me, and your patience is appreciated! If you need something in a hurry, please contact me and we can discuss what options are available for a speedy delivery. Once your order has been placed you should receive a confirmation email with your order summary, remember to check your spam/junk in case the email landed in there! Please allow 1 working week for a ‘fulfilled’ email to arrive. Please note ‘fulfilled’ doesn’t include postage time. If your order hasn’t arrived 3-4 days after your ‘fulfilled’ email, please get in touch. All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail First class, they aim to send the items the next working day. All in All, I aim for you to receive your items within a week of purchasing.
I need to change my delivery information, what do I do?
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the postage information is correct when ordering, if you have provided the wrong information, no refunds or replacements can be given. In this instance you’d need to pay for a re-order. However, if your items haven’t been dispatched yet, I will change the details to get it to you at the right address. This will not be possible after the order has been processed and dispatched.
Refund policy.
Refunds are not issues for incorrect, insufficient or incomplete postage information. Refunds may be given if your order is incorrect, you receive the wrong order or if your item is damaged. If you would like to request a refund or have an issue with your order, please get in touch within 14 days to arrange next steps.
